The House of Delegates has 14 committees. Members are assigned to committees by the Speaker of the House. A listing of current committee membership with the regularly scheduled meeting times is available. During any legislative session, notices of meetings, that include the proposed agenda, are available on the House Committee pages as well as on the Legislative Information System (LIS). Citizens can also register to receive email notifications of all meetings from the individual Committee pages. All House committee and Subcommittee meetings are streamed, and can be viewed from the House Video page.
