Senate of Virginia Meeting Space

Requests for the use of Senate rooms for meetings that occur during normal business hours (Monday-Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm) should be made in writing to the Senate Clerk’s

Office; P.O. Box 396, Richmond VA 23219. The written request should include: type of meeting, purpose of the meeting, name of the sponsoring Senate members, date, time, number of attendees, and whether food or beverages will be served. Food or beverage service in Senate space in either the Capitol or the General Assembly Building must be approved by the Clerk.
