Studies & Commissions

There are numerous Studies, Commissions, Boards, etc established by the General Assembly that have appointments made by legislative authorities, such as the Senate Committee on Rules or the Speaker of the House of Delegates. A listing of all studies, commissions, and boards can be located at the Interim Studies page. This website provides membership and meeting information. 

One of the many study groups is the Jamestown-Yorktown Foundation which will be commemorating four national landmark historical events of 1619.
